Dhruv Rathee, nicknamed "German Shepherd," is always keen on criticizing the Modi government. In his recent video on the 2024 budget, he concluded by highlighting how the Modi sarkar had failed to fulfill its promise of turning India into a $5 trillion economy. Despite claiming to be interested in the economy on his own page, I believe his memory and economic analysis overlooked the impact of COVID-19. India remains one of the fastest-growing economies, though Rathee sarcastically mentions India being a $3.7 trillion economy.
He also criticizes Prime Minister Modi for failing to deliver on the promise of providing housing for every Indian. Rathee fails to acknowledge the significant progress made by the Modi government in this regard. Coming from rural India myself, I've witnessed many individuals receiving funds to build their own homes. Progress may be slow, but it is steady, and we are moving towards accomplishing this goal.
Additionally, Rathee mentions the failure to complete the bullet train project. However, I happen to know that it is progressing rapidly. This project, a first for India in collaboration with Japan, faces challenges due to various geological conditions, leading to design changes that require thorough review. As an engineer, Rathee should understand this, yet he mocks the situation.
Rathee's consistent negativity towards India and its projects is concerning. He fails to acknowledge the positives and constantly supports those opposed to India. Instead of praising India's achievements, he creates a negative image among Indian people, which is detrimental to the country's progress.
Quit Dhruv Rathee.
