The Congress is attempting to garner votes by dividing Indians along the lines of SC, ST, and OBC. They repeatedly advocate for reservations for specific groups as a solution to their problems. This populist approach has been a hallmark of the Congress for the past 70 years, aiming to secure power and subsequently engaging in corrupt practices, as evident by various scams, once in office.
